Group Structure.

AIR ONE Aviation Limited (AOA) is the commercial arm of the AIR ONE Group. AOA manages all sales, capacity planning, and customer relations for the Group’s airlines.

AOA offers customers access to the Group’s multi-AOC fleet — from standard cargo to special, oversized, and heavy shipments.

AIR ONE Aviation (AOA) is the commercial engine of the AIR ONE network, responsible for capacity planning, sales, and revenue management. It enables the Group’s airlines to focus on safe, reliable operations while offering customers flexible access to multiple carriers through one expert team. AOA operates from London and Sharjah, with a Hong Kong office opening in 2025.

AeroTransCargo FZE (ATC) is the Group’s asset management company, overseeing aircraft ownership and operations for AeroTransCargo SRL (ATG) and ROMCargo SRL (RCR).

ATC owns all Group aircraft and engines, leasing them to the operating airlines. It manages six B747-400 freighters under the Moldovan AOC, specialising in charter and ACMI operations.
ROMCargo Airlines (RCR) is an affiliated carrier operating under its own Romanian AOC. It supports AIR ONE across all three product lines, providing capacity across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, backed by the Group’s shared commercial and operational resources.

As part of the AIR ONE network, ROMCargo strengthens the Group’s flexible multi-AOC model, ensuring market access and service continuity across key trade lanes.
One Air Limited (OAL) is a UK-registered cargo airline operating under a British AOC (Airline Code: HGO/HC). It currently operates three B747-400 freighters and one production B777-200F, with a second B777-200F joining in Q4 2025.

As the backbone of AIR ONE’s cargo operations, One Air leverages the UK’s bilateral rights with the United States, China, India, and Europe. The airline specialises in both charter and scheduled services.
Quadrant Systems Limited (QSL) is a UK-based aviation training centre operating a purpose-built simulation facility in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Acquired by AIR ONE as a strategic investment, QSL delivers CAA- and EASA-accredited pilot training using full-flight simulators.

The centre currently operates four simulator bays featuring A320, B737-NG, and B737-300 devices, with a new simulator scheduled for induction in Q1 2026.  

AIR ONE Technics is a dedicated technical services company within the AIR ONE network. Established in August 2025, it provides engineering oversight, maintenance support, and reliability solutions for the group’s widebody freighter operations. Focused on safety, compliance, and cost-effective performance, AO Technics plays a key role in supporting the long-term operational strength of the AIR ONE fleet.
