We are seeking an experienced Aviation Warehouse & Customs Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and customs coordination supporting aircraft maintenance activities. This role ensures efficient warehouse management, accurate inventory control, and full compliance with aviation regulatory standards while supporting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise aviation warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, packaging, dispatch, and returns
  • Ensure proper handling and certification control of aircraft components (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, UK CAA Form 1 or equivalent)
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system control
  • Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with UAE import and export regulations
  • Coordinate logistics and shipment dispatch, including AOG material support
  • Lead and supervise warehouse officers, storekeepers, and customs staff
  • Maintain warehouse safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance Implement 5S and Lean warehouse practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supervise warehouse storage planning and space optimization
  • Monitor team productivity, performance, and procedural compliance

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years aviation warehouse / technical stores experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience handling aircraft materials, tooling, rotables, and certification documentation
  • Knowledge of customs clearance, HS codes, import/export compliance, and aviation logistics
  • Experience with AMOS preferred & maintain strict material traceability and documentation integrity within the AMOS system.
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced aviation environments and AOG situations
