(Aircraft Component Repair | EASA / FAA /CAA Airline Environment)

We are seeking a highly experienced aviation professional to lead aircraft component repair operations within a fully regulated EASA / FAA /CAA airline environment.

This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring component airworthiness, cost control, vendor performance, and fleet reliability across our operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end aircraft component repair lifecycle (removal to return to service)
  • Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 / CAMO, FAA Part 145 / Part 121 and CAA requirements
  • Oversee OEM and MRO repair vendors with dual-release capability (EASA Form 1 / FAA 8130-3/CAA)
  • Control repair Turnaround Time (TAT) to prevent AOG exposure
  • Negotiate repair contracts, PBH agreements, and pooling arrangements
  • Lead warranty recovery and cost optimization initiatives
  • Monitor repair KPIs, vendor SLAs, and reliability trends
  • Lead and develop the Repair Management team

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 6+ years of airline technical supply chain or MRO experience
  • Minimum 5 years managing component repair or vendor management
  • Strong working knowledge of EASA, FAA & CAA regulatory frameworks
  • Experience negotiating repair agreements and vendor contracts
  • Familiar with AMOS ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-pressure AOG environment
