𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Perform and certify line maintenance activities on endorsed aircraft and engine types
- Ensure compliance with UK CAA Part-145 regulations and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety, reliability, and efficiency in maintenance operations
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
𝟭. 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- Valid UK CAA Part-66 Licence with the following type ratings:
- Boeing 747-400 with PW4000 & CF6 engines
- Boeing 777F-200 with GE90 engines
𝟮. 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Completed type training delivered by a UK CAA Part-147 approved organisation (or an organisation accepted by the UK CAA)
𝟯. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a Part-145 Maintenance Organisation, with proven competence in line maintenance
𝟰. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- College degree or higher (or equivalent qualification) in aviation, engineering, or related field
𝟱. 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
𝟲. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- Holder of QA Authorization (Support Staff or Certifying Staff) from a previous employer
𝟳. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS)
- Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) / Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations (CDCCL) – Level 2
- Human Factors
𝟴. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- Logbook signed by the Quality Director of the candidate’s current or previous employer, confirming relevant experience within the last 2 years / 6 months
